Our Law Firm
Advantage Law Group was formed in April 1999 by the firm's co-founders, Patrick J.S. Nellies and Marc G. Kroop. From the outset, our vision has been to provide a statewide employment law practice for employees and employers. After the establishment of our home office in San Diego, we opened office locations in Irvine, Oakland, and San Jose.
Today, our office locations serve clients throughout the state of California in a wide range of employment law matters including litigation, contracts, compliance, training, arbitration, mediation, and consulting.
